Emma Plant

Event Description

Emma Plant is a singer, songwriter & bass player from Vancouver island. The sound has been described as a "roots/reggae kind of thing" that will keep you dancing and singing along with fun, upbeat melodies and catchy choruses.

Her originals have a large roll in her appearances on radio stations and many other types of venues around central Vancouver Island as a solo artist or with a band of rugged hipsters ("Hipsters" being lightly used.. we are still trying to figure out exactly what they are...).

Her session work on stand-up bass and vocals has taken her into local bars and recording studios as well as highly regarded music festivals like Shambhala and Calgary Reggae Festival.
