​The Space & Access
​Layout: 16’ x 20’ main room footprint (400 sq. ft. total, including kitchenette and bathroom). Fully modular—unneeded tools can be rolled into on-site storage to clear floor space, and bringing your own machinery is welcome.
​Loading: Entry is up a single flight of stairs but leads directly into the shop, allowing a straight shot for moving larger materials or gear.
​24/7 Access: No noise restrictions.

​Full-Time: Possible
​Part-Time / Usage-Based: Rates can be customized based on your schedule and footprint.
​Band / Music Practice: Single-night rentals are available for rehearsals and jam sessions.

​Saws & Stationary: Table saw, 10" Makita compound mitre saw, drill press, large air compressor, Nail and staple guns.

​Textiles: One industrial heavy-duty sewing machine and one standard garment sewing machine.
