This 260 sq. ft. studio is located in the heart of James Bay in Victoria. It is most suitable for artists, potters and ceramicists. There is a smooth concrete floor, good light and power for a kiln, wheels etc. There is also use of an adjacent bathroom. The rent is $720/month on a long term lease of at least one year. Utilities are included but BC Hydro is extra. It is available from August 16, 2024. NB. this space is not residential.
